Terms of Service

By using this website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

You log in using your Spotify account via OAuth. We generate a unique UUID for your profile on our platform and use that to fetch and display your real-time listening activity and statistics from Spotify’s API. All listening activity is publicly viewable by other users.

2. Data Usage

We do not persistently store any of your Spotify listening data. Each time a page loads, we query Spotify’s API directly using your session token and present the results live; no historical logs are kept on our servers.

3. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via your dashboard. Upon deletion, we immediately revoke our API access token, discard your session data, and delete your generated UUID—removing all traces of your profile from our service.

4. User Conduct

• No impersonation or misuse of Spotify accounts.
• No scraping or storing of other users’ data beyond the public stats displayed.
• No tampering with site functionality or reverse-engineering the code.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no promises regarding uptime, accuracy of data, or uninterrupted access.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
